At DrumQuest we believe in self-discovery and collaboration.  When facilitating teambuilding groups we often ask participants what they hope to gain from the experience. Often we get responses such as "to work better as a team."  While that is a great goal, it seems recited, part of what the participant feels they should say based on what they feel they know of teambuilding. 

We take it to a deeper level.  We encourage "self-as-team" and the quest for self-discovery of skills, talents, communication, & learning style in order to most effectively apply those skills in personal and work relationships.  We seek the non-pat answers in order to achieve the best result. 

DrumQuest collaborates with the finest professionals in the outdoor challenge industry.  We combine our own outdoor adventure experience in teambuilding, low and high ropes challenge course, and tree climbing with our experiential Rhythm Facilitation programs, Health and Wellness services, Entertainment, and Drum Creations to create a powerful customized program.  This is not only a highly motivating, fun adventure; it is also a more profound experience that leads to greater "ahas" and shifts in thinking.  Combining adventure with rhythm maximizes health and wellness benefits as well as increasing awareness, motivation and co-operation.  All this and you can drum in trees too?
