Rhythm Sanctuary
Rhythm Sanctuary provides a mellow drumming atmosphere where you can release tension and balance your inner rhythms. Find your own unique beat as you become part of a percussion symphony where everyone has a part to play. Enjoy creative expression with guided
imagery, meditation, toning, and wellness movement to give yourself the
gift of self-care and renewal. Delight in your 'sighs of contentment' as the vibration of
the drum activates the body's natural state
of balance.
