Kate grew up in southern Virginia where the Blue Ridge Mountains were her playground. A natural born leader, Kate was the neighborhood mediator, advocate, and organizer. She often wrote, organized, directed, and sold tickets to the neighborhood plays in which she and her friends performed.Â
Â
Her childhood passions in facilitating, creativity, writing and sales has naturally carried over into her career as a small business consultant, life coach and facilitator.
Â
In the early 90's, Kate moved to Saint Petersburg, Florida. Kate has a BA in Sociology and had planned to pursue a career in Social Work. After working for a state agency for several years, she realized she wanted to discover a creative and out of the box approach to helping others. While studying and training in the areas of natural health, healing, creative and spiritual arts, Kate worked as a facilitator, Life Coach and small business consultant.Â
Â
Mixing all this experience together crafts a powerful formula for realizing your full potential. Combining her “Southern hospitality”, “Mid-West work ethic,” and
“New Yorker pace", Kate delivers a no-nonsense, creative and organized approach to consulting, coaching and facilitation. Â
Kate is a certified Life Coach, certified Radical Forgiveness® Coach, trained Remo HealthRHYTHMS facilitator, motivational
speaker and a trained teambuilding facilitator. Kate also has 10 years of on the job training in small business start-up, marketing, sales, development, administrative support, office management and writing.
In recognizing the 'big picture', Kate takes the gravity out of
emotional concerns while facilitating shifts in perspective to gain maximum results. Her ability to employ her keen sense of humor, creativity, genuine compassion
and unique gift to hone in on the best course of action, allows her to guide you to
transformation and success.
