Gentle\, mindful movement is a gateway to discovery of inner rhythms\, connection of inner rhythms to breathing and movement\, then connection musically to the group. These practices can support deeper\, more relaxed breathing\, improved balance and alignment\, pain reduction and more peaceful play. You do not need to be experiencing pain or difficulty in play to benefit from the experience. Wear loose\, comfortable clothing. Bring Yoga mat\, pad or blanket to lie on. Drums are provided.
