Dive deep into rhythms of the heart where we uncover self-truths just waiting to be heard.  We explore ancient traditions of meditation, shamanic drumming, spiritual chant and voice to connect in expressing the divine. Add elements of breath, flow and movement—we can experience states of mental clarity and ecstasy. This is a conscious expansion experience ready to be awakened. Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
