Come celebrate the season of breaking free of from winter to feel your roots grow and expand into the light.

Set personal and shared intentions, experience light, sound and silence in meditation. Listen and receive attunement between your body’s natural frequencies and those of the voice, gong, singing bowls, crystalline instruments, drums and chimes.

This parasympathetic resonance, along with brain entrainment, helps relieve stress and chronic pain, strengthen the immune system, and even alter consciousness. Leave feeling refreshed, renewed and perhaps with expanded consciousness. A longtime Kundalini practice, this sound healing is appropriate for anyone. Note: To ensure warmth should you choose to lay on the floor, bring your own blankets, Yoga mats or floor pad and wear warm, comfortable clothing.
