Transforming through Play with Percussion  –  Everyone is born w/Rhythm, voice and Movement as part of their biological DNA. Living in a world where External validation and self-criticism are the norm interferes with expressing more authentic divine self. Possessing a heartbeat and breath allows us to experience the joy of making music, lightening of the heart, laughter and relaxation. As George Bernard Shaw Said, “we don’t stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing.” Come play, be part of the band and expect to transform the way you think about yourself and others.
