We’ll explore ancient practices for healing through the drum. We’ll include shamanic journeying, spiritual chant and Drum grooves w/voice that increases relaxation, lowers heart rate and blood pressure, and can reduce mind chatter to allow for expansion of consciousness. prior experience not necessary, and all drums/percussion provided. Open to the public.
